Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Deckmiami Plumbing wants all people, including those with disabilities, to be able to use deckmiami.living. This statement describes how we think about it. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Where We Aim
Our goal is a site that works for as many people as possible. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page layout
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with good color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Give form fields clear labels
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of this site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from third parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
If the Site Is Hard to Use
You can still get help. Request a callback to be connected with a plumber, or email contact@deckmiami.living and we will do our part to assist you.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome feedback on how accessible this site is. Email contact@deckmiami.living and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never finished. As this site changes, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
